LeBron James’ ultra-luxe vacation spot in Anguilla gulps $75k weekly

Nobody knows where LeBron James will be playing next season, but anyone curious regarding his destination knows he’s presently vacationing with his family on an island in the Caribbean, tucked away from the NBA’s free agency frenzy.

The 6’8 forward and three-time NBA Champion settled in at an Anguilla beach house on Meads Bay, an ultra-luxe property that costs $75,000 a week – quite a paltry sum for an athlete who just turned down the chance of making $35.6 million next season.

The mansion, which seats on a one acre plot, has eight master bedrooms, a movie theatre, state-of-the-art gym, an infinity swimming pool, and a number of domestic staff, including a butler and a full-time chef to attend to the king’s needs.

The luxury property offers amazing views through its floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the ocean to enable guests watch the sunset on the horizon.

The mansion’s all-white walls contrast with the aqua blue of the 44-ft infinity pool, the blue sky, and luscious green flora of tropical plants. A built-in barbecue and Jacuzzi adorn the outdoor lounge area, while the white interior décor is accentuated by bohemian pillows and plants potted in white terracotta. Some of the bathrooms boast indoor and outdoor showers with beige tiles and hints of Moroccan-inspired designs.

However long James and his family plan to spend at their vacation spot, $75,000 a week is a small sum for their patriarch whose net worth is estimated to be around $440 million and growing.
